Presentation Guidelines:
Please note that the workshop program will consist mostly of invited talks. Contributed abstracts may be considered for oral or poster presentations. Limited venue capacity may constrain the total number of presenters. The acceptance notifications will be sent to the contributors by e-mail before May, 6th, 2008.
Abstracts
Oral Presentations
The meeting room is equipped with overhead projector, computer projector, computer (PC and Macintosh), and microphone.
Presenters: See the workshop staff 7:00am - 8:30am the day of your presentation to load files onto the workshop computer.
Poster Guidelines
Project display boards will be available for mounting posters on the first day of the conference, and may be viewed throughout the conference.
The project display boards are 36" tall, and they have a 24" central area with 12" wings on both sides. So the total area is 36" X 48", and the boards stand up
on a table. The display boards and stick-pins will be supplied. A picture of the display board can be found on the manufacturer's web
site.
There is no limit on the number of poster papers that an individual can display. However, we need a head count before the meeting so we can set up the right number of tables.
Poster presenters may submit a contribution to the conference proceedings of up to 3 pages, due July 15, 2006. More information regarding the proceedings will be posted later.
