Investigator Describes Superfluid Gyroscopes

Richard Packard of the University of California, Berkeley delivered a plenary talk at the Snowbird Conference on the Physics of Quantum Electronics. The conference was held in Snowbird Utah, on January 10-12. Packard's talk was entitled "Progress toward a superfluid quantum gyroscope."
