Invited Talk Presented to Physical Society Meeting
Donald Jacobs of the College of Wooster presented an invited talk on his research at
the APS April 2000 meeting in Long Beach, CA. The title of the talk was "Critical
Phenomena in Liquid-Liquid Mixtures".
Two students from Jacobs group presented talks representing the
groups research at the March APS conference in Minneapolis. Amy Lytle
presented "Achieving microkelvin control at room temperature". Hanna Wagner
presented "Bead pile system as a model for self-organized criticality".
Both students are undergraduates.
