Research Results Reported to APS Meeting by Undergraduate Students

Donald Jacobs of the College of Wooster, an investigator in the Fundamental Physics ground-based program, reports that two undergraduate students described the results of their research at the recent March Meeting of the American Physical Society in Seattle. Emily Oby presented "Heat Capacity of the Liquid-Liquid Mixture Perfluoroheptane and 2,2,4-Trimethylpentane Near the Critical Point". Christie Egnatuk presented "Self-Organized Criticality in a Bead Pile."
