Clock Missions Described in Scientific American Article

In a special issue of Scientific American (September 2002) on the subject of time, senior writer W. Wayt Gibbs describes both the Primary Atomic Reference Clock in Space (PARCS; PI Donald Sullivan, NIST) and the Rubidium Atomic Clock Experiment (RACE; PI Kurt Gibble, Penn State) in his article titled "Ultimate Clocks."
