Media Responds to Fundamental Physics Press Release

Wolfgang Ketterle reports that the NASA/JPL press release of September 11 (see http://spaceresearch.nasa.gov/news/news.html#310 ) about his group's attaining new record low temperatures has received considerable response in the media. A dozen different media organizations published either the press release or their own summary of the event (see http://cua.mit.edu/ketterle_group/Projects_2003/Projects03.htm#500_PicoKelvin ). The Boston Globe featured the achievement in a front-page story.
